1. Conditions of Sale
In order to create a contract between you and us, please follow the simple on screen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order on the website. To place an order for the products select “Go to Checkout”, “Confirm Order details” page, “Confirm my Order”. In doing this you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges.
We will send an automated order acknowledgement email to you, listing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by Walf.
The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the products unless we have notified you that we have not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur if: we identify a pricing or product description error; the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. 4. Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered, by contacting Customer Services on info@walf.co. If these Products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us, you may return them within 14 days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Product(s) you need to return for a refund or exchange will only be accepted within our 14 day returns period from the date you received the product(s). We ask that you return the goods unused, in original packaging and with all the original tags intact.
Please notify us before you send anything back.
Products returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned. All sales are final for items that are on sale.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage unless in exceptional circumstance that an item is faulty, has been wrongly described or you were sent the wrong item. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We aim to process all returns within 3 days of reaching us and will email you to confirm when this has been done.

Please allow up to 2 days for orders to be processed.
Europe – Approximately 3 – 5 days / Rest of the world – Approximately 3 – 7 days
Couriers used: Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, UPS & DHL
Please make sure you double check your shipping address before completing your order as you’ll be held responsible for any lost items. If the item is returned to us and the fault is from you, you’ll be asked to pay the shipping fee again for it to be redelivered or a refund can be provided however shipping fee will not be refunded.
Customs & import duties
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
